Immediately after the country's independence and unification, conservation and museum work in Lam Dong received attention from provincial leaders. In August 1975, the Conservation - Museum department was established, directly under the Da Lat City Party Committee - with the task of collecting, preserving and preserving artifacts and documents of historical and cultural value in the province.
